Placing Orders

Choice Organic's customers can order in the following ways:

Online Ordering – Account customers can place an order at any time through our new online ordering system (accessed through a secure customer login) which will confirm products, quantities and delivery ‘live’.

By Phone – During Office Hours (below) when customers can also access help and advice from our experienced team.

Fax & Email – Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, but please be aware of our order deadlines (below).

Choice Organics’ daily deliveries cover London & the Home Counties with an overnight/early morning service every Monday to Friday and on Saturdays by arrangement. We also regularly deliver to various regional and national hubs and to individual customers across the country by arrangement.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free within the M25 on orders exceeding £100.
Outside the M25 the minimum order is dependent on distance, so is by arrangement.
Smaller orders will incur a small delivery charge.

Order Deadlines
Mon-Fri Deliveries – By 10pm on the previous evening.
Saturday Deliveries – By 12noon on Fridays.

Customer Collections

Customers are always welcome to visit the Choice Organics depot to browse our range of products and ‘select & collect’ their order during Office or Warehouse Hours.

Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 4.30pm		 Warehouse Hours:
Sun - Weds nights: 9.00pm to 6.00am
Thurs nights: 10.00pm to 6.00am

All Choice Organics vehicles run on Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) for a lower carbon footprint
